*What is class B & class N autoclave?The class B autoclave has vacuum cycle.It is the highest classautoclave,which is conforming to the most stringent demandsand therefore can be unrestrictedly used for the sterilization ofall possible loads for all kinds of sterilization packaging(solid ,hollow road type A and hollow road instruments withwrapped and unwrapped). A "class B" autoclave must in anycase pass a Helix test as per EN 13060 by test body per EN867-5:2001. According to expert opinion, that can only beachieved with a fractionated pre-vacuum procedure. Postvacuum drying provides complete drying of porous loads andhollow instruments at the end of thesterilization process.The class N autoclave do not have vacuum cycle. If you onlysterilize unwrapped non hollow instruments, you only needan autoclave capable of running class N cycles.

*What is the standard of EN 13060?This European Standard specifies the performancerequirements and test methods for small steam sterilizersand sterilization cycles which are used for medical purposesor for materials that are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids. This European Standardapplies to automatically controlled small steam sterilizers that generate steam using electrical heaters oruse steam that is generated by a system external to the sterilizer.

*Model numberThe first letter of the model number means class N type or class B type autoclave. The Arabic numerals inthe model number means the capacity of the autoclave. The last letter of the model number means thewhich series of our autoclave.

NKB3000 Series Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer

NKB3000 series Kjeldahl Analyzer is an intelligent instrument applied to analyzenitrogen and protein content with a built-in computer-control system. It effectsdistillation automatically with parameters set on a large touch screen. Only bypushing or pulling the digestive duct handle can the digestive duct be easily pickedand placed at the working portion, after which the acrylic safety door is closed andthen water and alkali are added automatically. This instrument also featuresautomatic shutdown and warning signal after completing the work.
