Talking Heads Advert - Glory Is Ours - Nike

• Style? The style of this advert is Surreal, this is because it makes you want to become as good as the players on the TV.

• Purpose of the advert? Does it persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to persuade people to buy Nike products, they try to attract potential customers by having famous football players in the video who uses Nike products, so this is showing customers that the Brand is successful. I think this advert persuades people to buy their product due to the fact of whose in their advertisement.

• Target Audience? I would say the target audience for this advert would be any ages, especially people who are interest in sport.

• Camera Angles- Thought out the whole of the advert, they only use one camera angle which is a mid close up.

Documentary Advert - Vanish• Style? The style of this advert is

Realist because its something that people would use for their daily life.

• Purpose of the Advert? Does it Persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to tell people about their product and how it works and that it doesn’t remove colour compared to other product in this market. I think it does persuade people to try it out to see if it works by the way they have shown how to use it.

• Target Audience? I would say the target audience for this would be women as they would look into things for the washing.

• Camera Angles? It this advert they use camera angles such as Close up, Mid close up and Long shot.

Animation Advert - Tetley Tea

• Special effects? In this advert they have used Animation through out the clip.

• Purpose of the advert? Does it Persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to try to explain how it makes you feel when you taste Tetley Tea. I think it does and doesn’t persuade people to buy their product because it all depends on what tea people like.

• Target Audience? I would say the target audience for this advert is everyone.

• Camera Angles? They use camera angles such as Close up, Mid-close up, tracking and long shots.

Realist Narrative - L'Oreal• Purpose of the advert? Does it

persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to show people how the product works and what colours they have to offer to you, I think it does persuade people to buy the product to try it out and see what its like and also because Cheryl is the main actor then it would convince people more that it’s a good product.

• Target Audience? I think the target audience is girls and women the ages between 16+

• Camera Angles? In this advert they have used camera angles such as close up, Mid-close up, long shot.

Anti Realist Narrative - New Citroen C4

• Style? The style of this advert I would say is dramatic as well as humorous as a car wouldn’t get up and start dancing so also makes it funny.

• Purpose of the advert? Does it Persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to show people the new car that they are bringing out and basically showing that it would be a fun car to have as the car is dancing. I think it would persuade people to go have a look at the car but wouldn’t mean they would go buy it.

• Camera Angles? They have used angles such as low, and long, and used shots such as long, close up, mid-close up and wide.

Abstract - Sony• Special Effects? In this advert

they have used special effects for example the exploding paint coming from the buildings.

• Purpose of the advert? Does it persuade you? The purpose of this advert it to tell people that the Sony TV would have a good screen and the colours would be bright when watching something on the TV. I don’t think it persuades people to go buy the TV as it doesn’t really explain a lot about the TV and only shows a shot clip of the TV.

• Camera Angles? They have used low, high and long angles and used shots such as wide shot, long shot and mid shot.

Series - T-Mobile• Style? The style of this advert is

humorous as it is funny how it is planned and what peoples reactions are in the advert.

• Purpose of the advert? Does it Persuade you? The purpose of this advert is to try and tell people that if you go with T-mobile you will be more connected with people when using your phone, I don’t think it persuades people to go with their network because it doesn’t really explain a lot about T-mobile and what they can do for us.

• Camera Angles? They have used angles such as high and low and used shots such as close up, mid-close up, long shot, wide shot and low shots.
