Dear Senior Parents –
From kindergarten to senior year, you have watched your child
grow. Now, you can capture that growth and can recognize your son's
or daughter's senior year in a way that will last forever. By
submitting a senior recognition ad in our high school yearbook, you
are able to include an ever-lasting tribute to your senior for
reaching an important milestone in his or her life.
When you choose to place an ad in the Rock Creek yearbook, your
senior ad will be displayed in a specially designed, all-color
format. You can select from our four advertising packages, as shown
within this handbook, which allow you various sizes and artwork
options. Also, you can specify the message, the photos or the
artwork that you want to include within your advertising space.
When you send in your advertising information, please let us know
how you want your ad to appear, so that we can satisfy you, our
supporters.
If you do have questions, now or throughout the year, please let

vertical full-page ad in color or black/white with a maximum of six

ad in color or black/white with a maximum of two photos

a completed ad contract reserves the space in the yearbook for your
ad; contracts can be sent to the school address on front of this
handbook by the deadline noted above
DEADLINE FOR AD COPY/ARTWORK AND FULL PAYMENT – OCT. 31, 2016 n
your message can be e-mailed to [email protected];
artwork/photos can be e-mailed, as long as they are .jpg, .tif,
.pdf, or .psd file formats; otherwise, please send messages/photos
to the school address on the front of this handbook by the
deadline; photos will be returned after ad production
n ads must be paid in full in order to be included in the
yearbook; payment (either cash or check made out to Rock Creek High
School with yearbook ad as a memo) can be sent to the school
address on the front of this handbook by the deadline
DON'T FORGET...ALL SENIORS must submit a senior photo to Jessica
Augustine-Stegman by Oct. 31, 2016, in order for it to appear in
the class section of the yearbook; after that date, the senior's
school photo will be used! Also, if you have not pre-ordered the
2017 Mus-tang yearbook, it can be ordered for a base price of $40,
using the enclosed form, until Dec. 20, 2016. After that date,
prices will increase, so order it early! Contact

The individual hereby agrees to purchase the specified amount of
advertising space in the Mustang yearbook. By signing this
contract, the parent/guardian agrees to provide ad copy for the ad
and to make all associated payments. Signing the contract commits
the parent/guardian to advertising – it is not an optional
contract, but a legal committment. The yearbook staff reserves the
right to refuse ads not in by copy date, ads not paid for by the
due date, photos that are inappropriate or do not meet the school
dress code standards, and/or ads contrary to the educational
mission of Rock Creek.
