SEMENUK, Nicolas- Died peaceful ly with a broken heart, at the Oakville-Tra-falgar Memorial Hospital, on Friday, May 11, 2007. Dearly beloved husband and best fr iend for 60 years of Anne (Go-lanch) (Predeceased). Cherished father of Terry, June, Nick Jr. and Mark and son-in-law Carmen. Much adored grand-father of Nicole and Michael Romano, Vincent and Brandon Semenuk. Nick worked for the Ford Motor Company for 30 years and retired as a Control Plant Manager of the Truck Plant. After his re-tirement, Nick and Anne worked on their M i l t o n a p p l e f a r m “ N i c k a n d A n n e Orchards” for 10 years, plus living in Day-tona Beach for 10 years. Nick and Anne settled in Oakville where they devoted their lives to their children and grandchil-dren. The family would like to thank the staff of the Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Unit , the Oakvi l le-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and all the Home-Care and Lov-ing support from the Cancer Foundation and Wellness Centre. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Halton Lung Association or the Cana-dian Cancer Society. At the request of the family, a Private Family Service to Celebrate the Life of Nick was held at the K o p r i v a Ta y l o r C o m m u n i t y F u n e r a l Home, Oakville, (905-844-2600). We wish to thank the staff and friends at Wyndham Manor in Oakville for the love and care provided to our mother. Family received visitors in the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street , Oakville on Monday, May 14th, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. until Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment took place in St. Jude's Cemetery.
