Stingrays is a thriving Swim 21 accredited club with a highly sought after learn to swim programme, continuously improving squad with national swimmers, a popular masters squad and junior and senior waterpolo teams. We are based at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury, Wiltshire. Job Description The head coach position requires an enthusiastic, committed and experienced individual available to commit to coaching and leading the club. Your proven coaching experience across all levels of swimming is important, but so too is your ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with all club members, parents and volunteers. Your professionalism and integrity with regards to representing the Club will be unquestionable. Qualifications The minimum qualifications are licensed UKCC Level 3, a proven track record of coaching at all levels up to and including national level and committed to Swim 21. Salary Competitive salary reflecting experience and hourly commitment. Out of pocket expenses are paid in addition.
