    The 2019 15th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systemsand Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD 2019) was held from 20 to 22 July 2019,in Kunming, China, co-located with the 5th International Conference on HarmonySearch, Soft Computing and Applications (ICHSA 2019).

    ICNC-FSKD is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers topresent the state of the art of machine learning, data mining and intelligent methodsinspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic and physical systems, withapplications to computers, systems, control, communications and more. We aredelighted to receive many submissions from around the globe. After a rigorousreview process, the accepted papers are included in this proceedings.

    Kunming is the capital and largest city of Yunnan Province in south-west China.Kunming is also called the Spring City due to its mild sunny weather all year round.Kunming is located at the northern edge of the large Lake Dian, surrounded byfamous temples. Attractions near Kunming include Stone Forest (South ChinaKarst, a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site), Village of Ethnic Culture, WesternHill and Dragon Gate. Other UNESCO sites in Yunnan are Old Town of Lijiang,Three Parallel Rivers of Yunnan Protected Areas, Chengjiang FossilSite/Maotianshan and Cultural Landscape of Honghe Hani RiceTerraces/Yuanyang.
