Build your own processes

DocSystem is an intuitive and easy-to-use solution for quickly implementing advanced print and distributed print rules, departmental workflow requirements, and advanced image processing rules. It automatically processes documents according to print and work rules you establish. Once your process rules are defined, the system runs unattended, without manual intervention.

DocSystem lets you easily build custom document workflow, printing, and routing processes that enhance your current system.

DocSystem utilizes Microsoft JScript, which allows you to add custom scripts, commands, rules and variables. This also allows the user to connect to third party APIs and Web services.

DocSystem also has an integrated “debugger” that allows for testing and correcting to speed process development.

Rules-based distributed printing is critical. DocSystem lets users establish document rules based upon time, data, color, file size, author, page count, content, and printer availability. Print jobs can be pooled among various printers, split between printers, have banner and trailer pages added, and more.

Departmental workflow requirements are usually handled manually, creating significant operating and timing inefficiencies. DocSystem overcomes this by automatically and instantly routing documents electronically.

Instantly Update Files and Images

Files and documents often need processing due to obsolete information, wrong file type, poor image quality, etc. DocSystem eliminates the need to create new originals by automatically modifying files and documents using rules that you specify.

These rules include searching and replacing text, inserting new pages and text into documents, renaming files and directories, prepending files, converting to different file types, moving files and directories, and more.

Choose Your Output

Documents and files can be output to more than just print. They can be sent to an FTP site via Email, deposited into a directory or file, or output to an archive or document management system.

DocSystem can convert files to TIFFs or PDFs and extract indexing information from the file. Because DocSystem is a multi-threaded application, processing times are optimized and quick.
