The Advanced Group is a national company that has been operating in various markets

and industries for over 25 years. We have established and developed a network of

specialised teams across Australia providing an array of products and services. We have

over 2000 people working every day to help our clients do what they do best.

As a privately-owned group, we are able to respond to the needs and requirements of our

clients quickly and efficiently. Moreover, we can adapt dynamically to market conditions

and swiftly provide our clients with new products and services.

The Advanced Group has developed a reliable business network offering different types of

products and services throughout Australia. We recognise new markets and expand with

our customers, deploying in places where they want to be.

We deliver our services to other states and territories in response to our clients’ needs and

requirements. Our strength lies in the speed with which we are able to mobilise and become

fully operational. We consider this an integral part of our service promise and delivery

method.

The company currently provides Temporary Fencing, Environmental Services and Network

Services throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and Melbourne.

Capability Statement

At the Advanced Group, we have the capacity and the capability to undertake work of

various sizes and complexity. We also possess the experience and the expertise within our

network to deliver the professional standard of service that our customers deserve.

We have an innate appreciation of all tasks and carefully assess and develop an

appropriate delivery method for each contract. This includes developing the appropriate

staffing levels to ensure agreed specifications are met and that service levels exceed

expectations. We also insist on using appropriate equipment and consumables so that

productivity is maximised and safety maintained.

We have the technical and management capacity, as well as sufficient resources, to

undertake any service within the stipulated timeframes as requested by our customers.

Within our team, we have extensive experience in establishing and completing large scale

works, ensuring our employees understand the specialist nature of all requirements. Our

people are well trained in this regard so that a strong customer focus is maintained.

In addition to highly skilled staff, we also have a vast reserve of trained personnel available

to assist as support for both short and long term engagements should the need arise. This

labour force can be deployed readily.

The Advanced Group is committed to being an environmentally sustainable organisation.

This has led to our accreditation as a ‘green’ business and reflects our social and ethical

responsibility.

As an accredited company, we must continuously strive towards world’s best practice when

it comes to being environmentally smart and minimising our carbon footprint. We are

conscious of this on a day-to-day basis. Our policies and procedures have been

developed and tested with this in mind and demonstrate a complete corporate attitude

towards environmental goals. Some of our initiatives include setting targets for energy and

water consumption, only purchasing environmentally-friendly products, promoting

awareness throughout all operations of the business and independently auditing our

practices.

In addition to fostering an internal focus on environmental sustainability, we outwardly

encourage and support our customers to do the same. We therefore assist our clients with

any and all environmental focuses and proactively seek ways to improve these. For those

clients that require a concentrated focus on the environmental aspects of a job, we can

dedicate an environmental manager to review all practices.

Quality Management

The Advanced Group aims to maintain a consistently high level of service output to each

and every client. We therefore allocate substantial resources to review the quality of our

products and assess the performance of our teams.

Our product review committee regularly assesses the durability and effectiveness of our

products to ensure they meet the requirements of their intended use. We consider our

clients’ needs and requirements as well as Australian Standards in making these

assessments. New products undergo a similar review and testing process before they are

offered and provided to our customers.

As part of our guarantee to all our clients, we continuously assess the performance of our

teams to ensure high levels of product installation and customer service. Operational

Managers undertake site inspections and assessments on a routine basis as well as audit

team effectiveness. These internal controls are reported and managed monthly.

The Advanced Group engages a variety of external partners to review and audit our own

internal controls and output to provide independence to our quality claims. We appoint

auditors and conduct reviews on an annual basis as a minimum. In addition to this, we are

often requested by our clients to undertake pre-qualification audits as part of specific

project requirements.

The Advanced Group currently provides various products and services to many small,

medium and large organisations throughout Australia. These clients are engaged in a

variety of industries with many being long-term business partners. We focus on customer

service and guarantee delivery of our products and services every time.

We also have proven and extensive experience on various large scale projects. These

include major infrastructure and energy projects in North Queensland and the Surat and

Bowen Basins. We are therefore DEEWR National Code Compliant for work on any

Government-funded project and have completed many accreditation programs for safety

and business compliance.
