Oil changes are messy and time-consuming.

Removing hot filters and crawling around or under

equipment is hazardous to technicians. When

there are spills, environmental contamination fines

can become a significant financial liability. Using

current standard maintenance procedures, an oil

change can take well over an hour on each piece

of equipment. The QuickFIT Advanced Engine Oil

Change System provides a simple, clean and cost-

effective solution to all of those issues.

How It Works:

The QuickFIT system uses a patented process

with a single fitting that allows you to purge filters,

evacuate the sump and refill the engine through the

same fitting. Air pressure purges oil out of the filter

to eliminate hot-oil spills. The oil is evacuated directly

into the final containment unit in a sealed system.

The engine and filter are then refilled with fresh oil

through the fitting, providing complete contamination

control.

A typical piece of equipment can be fully serviced

in under 30 minutes – less than half the amount of

time it takes when using conventional oil change

methods.

Productivity goes up, the risk of spills goes down,

and the cost of cleanup materials and the potential

for contamination are eliminated.

Evacuate.Old, contaminated oil

is quickly and cleanly

transferred to the disposal

unit in a safely sealed system,

preventing environmental

contamination. Technicians

never handle the hot oil,

which eliminates the potential

for burns and spills.

Refill.New oil enters the engine

through the fitting, passing

through the filter. The sump

and filter are automatically

filled to the correct level with

fresh, filtered oil.
