My idea for this version of a banana chocolate ydessert came from mine and my parents love of the flavor combination, but not your ordinary mashed banana thrown into a chocolate cakemashed banana thrown into a chocolate cake batter. I started with a chocolate cake recipe that I have used for a lot of different desserts and I know is good. I decided on the caramelized banana flavor of a banana’s foster for the inside, minus the alcohol, due to its overpowering flavor. To top it , p g poff, a ganache glaze, because you can’t really have too much chocolate. My family’s favorite dessert flavor combination rolled into one not sodessert flavor combination, rolled into one not so ordinary cake.
