Aircraft Detailing is a far cry from what we do within automotive detailing. Everything from safety, liability, techniques, the products we use and the way we market and sell aircraft services are unique.

This first day is making sure your foundation within aircraft detailing is secure and you understand the mission of proper aircraft detailing.

Today is both classroom and field studies as you will be briefed by a talented and well respected aircraft A&P (mechanic) on the various realities of working on aircraft.

Day Two & Day Three

FAQ and The Fine Print

How Much Skills Will I Learn? Renny is known for sharing lot’s of knowledge in a short time period. Like any skill set, it’s what you do with it after the training that counts. You will need to practice and working on aircraft on a regular basis will secure your investment.

Will I Be A Brightwork Polishing Expert With I complete this

course - For some, black paint perfection is tough. Bare aluminum (brightwork) polishing is 1000 times more difficult. We will give you the tools to go home and become a brightwork master, but like any art, it will take time to master this art.

Why Six People In The Class? To cover all the topics and give you the exposure you need. We need enough people to complete the job without to many to clog up the learning and six is perfect!

The Aircraft You Will Work On- As you can guess, aircraft owners are very mobile. We will have two-three aircraft, one being a corporate level aircraft, either turbine or jet and the other being a general aviation aircraft.

Will I Be A Part of The Detail Mafia/Detailer’s Network? Depends on your experience level within all aspects of detailing. Renny & Diane will make that decision on a student by student basis during the training.

Do I Need Detailing Experience Before Attending? Yes, you need to be very capable with polishers and the tools of detailing. Many attending this event have already trained with Renny.

Event Details

Event Location - Big Bear Lake California. Big Bear is Southern California’s ONLY four season resort and summers in Big Bear are breathtaking! Big Bear Lake sits at nearly 7,000 feet above sea level, we have nice, mild summers and June is one of the best months of the year to be in Big Bear! Blue sky’s and sunshine! Hollywood’s hangout!

Airport To Fly Into - Ontario Ca. ONT

Transportation To Big Bear - We can provide you the contact info for an affordable shuttle or you may rent a car. We are one hour and twenty minutes from the Ontario airport. We will also put all those attending in contact with each other and maybe you all can ride share? Other course attendees have done ride/cost share and it works!

Hotel- Our hotel of choice offers us a nightly special rate for this training is $79.00 per night plus taxes. Diane will assist you with this once you secure your spot! You will need to arrive Sunday and depart Friday.

Provided- Each day we will provide lunch along with hydration and munchies!
