Aerobic exercise is any type of activity that uses large group of muscles and you can maintain continuously.

It is a type of exercising that gives the heart and lungs a challenge and makes them work hard.

Find a continuous activity that keeps the heart rate up and move towards a healthier lifestyle.

Anaerobic exercise is an intense physical activity using energy production.

The exercises are usually short. For example lifting weights or even running a

100 meter dash are considered to be anaerobic.
