ROYAL BOOTCAMPJoin us for a chance to play in Royal Athletic Park. Enjoy a

ZUMBAJoin us on the field for a fun, energetic, dance fitness-in-
spired workout that will put a smile on your face and get
your heart pumping. Easy-to-follow Latin inspired moves
to music from all over the world. This total body workout is about
feeling the joy in the music and in moving your body. Suitable for
all fitness levels and no dance experience required.

STRENGTH CONDITIONING AND BALANCE FOR OLDER ADULTSThe first step is the most important! This well-round-
ed program will focus on activities to improve strength, bal-
ance, mobility and cardiovascular fitness. A BCRPA certified
instructor will incorporate light weights and resistance bands if
you have them and a fun selection of agility games to improve
overall fitness. Have fun, make new friends and feel good about
yourself. All levels welcome.

OUTDOOR PURSUITS
LEARN TO FLY FISHJoin Fly Fishing Guide Ian Muirhead to explore the fascinating
art and science of fly fishing. You will learn the basic principles
of great casting and get an understanding of the skills required
to become a successful fly fisher. This will include tips and
techniques for catching trout and salmon in the rivers, lakes and
beaches of Vancouver Island.

COMMUNITY ACCESS AT ROYAL ATHLETIC PARKRoyal Athletic Park is open for community drop-in! Bring a
picnic or have a friendly game of bocce with family and close
friends. Come get active and enjoy this large grass field in the
heart of the North Park neighbourhood. Physical distancing
and adherence to park use guidelines is required.
