of the minor MARIA CRISTINA CUA MACHby declaring that the minor's birth date

FOUR (104) of births of the Civil Registry of the Municipality of San Benito,

Department of Peten, issued on March twenty-three, two thousand and seven, which is

included in the file of the voluntary adoption process. That the following documentsform part of the file of voluntary steps: a) birth certification of the minor MARIA

CRISTINA CUA MACH issued by the Civil Registrar of the Municipality of

Municipality of San Benito, Department of Peten on one hundred (100); b) document

from the States with the witnesses affidavit of Mr. SANDY DEAN KILGORE

SANDERS given under oath before the notary Carrie Jean Singer, in the City of Heflin,

in the Cleburne, state of Alabama, United States of America on February two, year two

thousand and seven; c) document from the States with the witnesses affidavit of Mr.

RHONDA MICHELE CHRISTOPHER MAYFIELD given under oath before the

notary Scoot Walker, in the City of Heflin, Condade of Clerburne, state of Alabama,

United States of America on February seventeen year two thousand and seven; d) Also,

all the documents coming from the States to prove the good manners, moral solvency

and economical capacity of the ADOPTIVE PARENTS in order to fulfill the

obligations the adoption demands 'Those documents were submitted to the Sixth Family

Court located in the City of Guatemala, Department of Guatemala where the assigned

Third Social Worker, Licenciada IRMA MIJANGOS M., FAVORABLY JUDGED

on August eight, year two thousand and eight, about the required adoption. Based on

article thirty-two of the Regulating Law of the Notarial Steps for Voluntary Jurisdiction

Matters, the General Solicitor's Attorney Office of the Nation favorably decided about

this adoption Based on article thirty-two of the Regulating Law of the Notarial Process

of Voluntary Jurisdiction Matters, a hearing was granted to the General Solicitor

Attorney's Office of the Nation who identified the file under number five thousand and

six hundred seven (5607-2008). Such institution JUDGED and FAVORABLY

ORDERED on December twenty-seven, year two thousand and seven, through its

auxiliary lawyer, Armando uriel Garcia Solis about the procedure legality, judging that

IT IS JUSTIFIED to pronounce the approve the adoption application made by

TERRY LEE BROWN Y JANICE CAROL BROWN, to grant the adoption public

deed of the minor MARIA CRISTINA CUA MACH, to issue the certified copy in

order to be filed in the corresponding Civil Registry of San Benito, Peten. After trying

the procedure, dated February twenty, two thousand and eight, a decision was

"ADOPTIVE PARENTS". III)The patria potestas of the "NATURAL MOTHER"

is finished over the adopted child IV)That the patria potestas, guardianship, care and

other rights and obligations over the adopted minor, correspond now on to the

"ADOPTIVE PARENTS" V) That this adoption should be authorized by a public

deed VI) That this file should be filed in the General File of Official Records BE

III: Miss ALICIA LORENA DOMINGUEZ CORDON, the ATTORNEY OF THE

NATURAL MOTHER of the minor to be adopted, declares that in her capacity of

attorney, declares that in her capacity, she legalizes through this act, the adoption of the

minor MARIA CRISTINA CUA MACH,from now on surnamed BROWN and that

her grantor waives in a irrevocable and definite way to any right or obligation that may

corresponds to her, including the succession rights regarding to the minor MARIA

CRISTINA CUA MACH and she expressly accepts the patria potestas finalization of

her grantor due to the adoption and that her rights and obligations correspond now on to

the ADOPTIVE PARENTSand that nor her grantor and the minor either have goods

to be counted in an inventory.

FIFTH: Licenciado FELICIANO LOPEZ CHAVEZdeclares to be the ATTORNEY

OF THE ADOPTIVE PARENTS and in his capacity he EXPRESSLY ACCEPTS

AS HIS GRANTORS CHILD the minor MARIA CRSITNA CUA MACH,

surnamed from now on BROWN with all the rights and obligations imposed by

adoption, obligations that are expressly accepted by the ADOPTIVE PARENTSin an

ample way, especially the patria potestas, guardianship, care and representation of the

minor. Also, the ADOPTIVE PARENTS promise to accomplish with moral,

economical and social obligations imposed by adoption and accept the waivers verifiedby the power of attorney of the birth mother in behalf of their attorney from the attorney

of the natural mother of the minor aforementioned. SIXTH: Both granters declare that

according to previously related terms, they EXPRESSLY ACCEPT the adoption
