General Info TabThe same Personal Information is found on the second tab “General Info”. The student’s name, EMPLID and service indicators (positive, negative and FERPA) are found at the top of the page.

This section contains information regarding the following: Service indicators; Initiated Checklists; Student Groups; Personal Data; National ID; Names; Addresses; Phones and Email Addresses.

Campus users may access the information by clicking on the links below, or by scrolling down the page to the needed area.

Admissions TabStudent Application information is found on the “admissions” tab. Information includes the career(s), program/plan, application progression, External education (other institutions attended) and available test score information.

Financial AidStudent Center Main Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Center

The Student Center has many resources that will helpful within the Financial Aid Office. On the main Student Center tab you can view Checklist Items in the “To Do List” and completed Communications in the “Student Communications.”

Checklist Items- This is a helpful view of checklists that is different from View Financial Aid Status because it will show all aid years with initiated checklists in one place. It’s a great way to know what you may need to clean up with the NDU Verification Chklst Comptn.

Communications- This displays recent communications the student has received. The link is helpful as it will show you what the student sees. The Communication Management page is still your best resource for communications, since this view will only show recent completed communications.

Financial Aid Section Main Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Center > Finances Section

This section is different in the administrative view of the Student Center than what the student sees. You will not see the “Accept/Decline” link that students can access.

View Financial AidWhen students click on “View Financial Aid” they are directed to a page that has them select an aid year. Once an aid year is selected they will see an Award Summary. This summary has lots of helpful links for students that you can direct them to. This is also the only place you can view their Shopping Sheet.

Financial Aid TabMain Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Ctr (Student) > Financial Aid Tab

The Financial Aid tab is only available on the administrative view of the Student Center. Students cannot see this tab. It is really only a different way to view the information you can already see in the Financial Aid module and has many links/buttons to those pages.

One nice feature of this page is the ability to switch between years on the same student much more quickly than any other financial aid page. This allows you to be able to compare financial aid packages EFCs, FA Term info, and COAs between years quickly.

Note: You will only be able to view data for the institution your security belongs to. You may be able to see where a student is aid year activated but you will not see any awards or data for any other institution but your own.

You will see a screen very similar to what the student sees on his/her Student Center.

Account InquiryAccount Inquiry is a delivered page that will show what the student owes by term by campus.

Account SummaryAccount Summary is our custom summary page that shows the breakdown of all fees and payments by institution by term.

Enroll in Direct DepositEnroll in Direct Deposit is where the student would enroll to receive refunds via Direct Deposit. Links have been disabled here to disallow enrollment as the student.

Pay Online NowPay Online Now is where the student would connect to TouchNet to make a payment online, view eBills, etc. The link to connect has been disabled.

Student Account DetailStudent Account Detail will show the Customer Account screen for any institution for which the student has activity.

View 1098-T InfoView 1098-T Info will show the student’s 1098-T info from all campuses. The ability to grant consent has been disabled on this screen.

Financial Obligation AgreementFinancial Obligation Agreement is where the student would sign his/her financial obligation agreement. The ability to sign the agreement has been disabled.

Finances TabThere is also a finances tab available at the top.

This will allow you to view tuition calculation, account information, refunds, direct deposit, bills, payment plans, credit history, and collections. This page will only show you information for the business units for which you have security for.

Student RecordsStudent Center Main Menu > Campus Community > Student Services Center

On the Student Center page, staff has access to several items under Academics. Class schedule, Shopping cart and the student planner. The drop-down box includes Academic Requirements Report, Advising Notes, Course History, Exam Schedule, Grades, and a transfer credit report. The column on the right includes access to milestones, enrollment dates, advisor information and student communications.

Transfer Credit TabOn the Transfer Credit page, staff have access to transfer, test, and other model information.

Click the Detail link to go to the model.

Academics TabOn the Academic page, staff have access to program/plan/subplan information and term information.

Clicking the Edit Program Data takes you to the Student Program/Plan pages.Clicking the Edit Term Data button takes you to Term Activation.Clicking the Term History link takes you to Term History.
