    CLASS XII PERFORMANCE-BASED ELIGIBILITY CRITERION

    Category-wise 20-percentile cut-off marks for the years 2014 and 2015 are

    given here.

Cut-off marks for 2014 are same as those published last year. These are for

candidates who completed Class XII in the year 2014.

Cut-off marks for 2015 are calculated from the data given by CoBSE

[Council of Boards of Secondary Education]. These are for candidates who

completed Class XII in the year 2015.

Candidates should be within the 20-percentile of their respective Class XII

boards OR should have 75% [GEN, OBC-NCL] or 70% [SC, ST, PwD]

aggregate marks, irrespective of whether they completed Class XII in 2014

    or 2015

For candidates who re-appeared for Class XII in 2015 in all the subjects, the

best performance of the two years (viz., 2014 and 2015) will be considered

to check if they meet the Class XII performance criterion.

Glyco2013Typewritten TextAggregate marks will be considered, if these are lower than the 20-percentile cut-offs

  • 1. Candidates from Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education may use any one of the scheme of

Board Marks based on Class-XII only or Class-XI and XII combined for 2014. However, candidates

who passed in 2013 will have to furnish the Board marks based on Class-XII only of 2013.

    2. Because of non-availability of results from Boards listed in numbers 35, 36, 39, 82, 83 and 99,

candidates from these Boards will be eligible for admission only if their aggregate marks in

percentage are equal to or higher than the cut off declared for CBSE as per JEE (Advanced) 2014

    eligibility criteria. (GE-83.2%, OBC-NCL 82.0%, SC 74% and ST 73.2%).

    3. Candidates who passed their Qualifying Examination in 2013 will be considered based on the Cut-off

    marks of 2013.

    4. The Board Codes are as given in the JEE (Main)-2014 Bulletin.
