Scholarships(KINGS: KNU International Graduate Scholarships) and Benefits 1. Selection Period: Before the beginning of every semester up to 4th semester 2. Benefits: 100% or 50% of tuition fees waived 3. Number of Selected Applicants A. New international students: up to 70 applicants based on 100% tuition payment B. Enrolled international students: up to 210 applicants based on 100% tuition payment 4. Qualification A. Important Notes for Applicants 1. All documents should be in Korean or English. Documents in other languages should be

accompanied by a notarized Korean or English translation. 2. If any required documents are found to be false or counterfeit, the applicant’s admission will be

canceled. 3. Applicants submitting a certificate of expected graduation must submit the original copy or a

notarized copy of the graduation certificate before beginning their first semester(Aug. 31st, 2020) at Kyungpook National University.

4. The Office of International Affairs is not responsible for the cancellation of admission due to incorrect contact information (such as address and phone number, etc.).

5. If an applicant’s visa is not issued or is rejected, his or her admission will be canceled. 6. Applicants receiving a scholarship from other institutions are required to submit a certificate or

letter from the institutions confirming that they will pay the tuition during the period of studying at Kyungpook National University.

7. No submitted documents or application fees will be returned to the applicant. (Original copies of certificates of degree can be returned upon request after the screening process is completed.)
