1. Creating Child Organization From Head Office
To create any organisation (Cantonment Board) it has to be done from the Head
office location Central administrator has rights to create new organisation from
the Primary organisation ID.
Please refer the below step to create child location from the Primary location
(DGDE Organisation).
1. Login with “MBA” User of Default Organisation.
2. Select “Organisation Master” Menu.

3. Click on Add for creating Child Organisation
4. Edit Created Child organisation.

After creating a new organisation login into the child organisation using the Super user Credential
(MBA).
At the very first time MBA Login will get only Entitlement rights in the system to enable the
remaining module rights to the user please refer the below steps.
Now first login to the Child location using MBA user Credential.

After Login MBA user will only Entitlement right to enable the remaining module right please refer
the below Step.
Click on Entitlement form
After click on Edit Existing Role code assign module for the Super Admin role
Please refer the below Screenshot.
After selection the all Module click on save button.

2. Department Organization Mapping for Child location
1. Login with “MBA” user of created Child Organisation.
2. Select “Department Organisation Map” Menu & Click “Add” button.
3. Select the Department for Mapping & save.

3. Location Mapping
1. Select “Location Mapping” Menu & Click on “Add”.
2. Select the Location for Mapping & save.

4. Organization Designation Mapping
4.1. 1. Select “Organization Designation Mapping” Menu & Click on “Add”
3. Select the Organisation Designation for Mapping & save.

5. Create Group
1. Select “Entitlement” Menu & Create a Group
2. Select “Employee Master” Menu. Select Department, Location & Designation for
which employee need to create & click on “Add”.
3. Group Name will come from group created from entitlement menu.

6. Financial Year
1. Financial Year is auto mapped while creating a child organization.
2. Edit & View Financial year for child organization.

7. Set Of SLI Prefix Value
1. This prefix is used to define the Financial which CB is going to start system it will
take only the SLI date which is entered by the CB in SLI prefix date.
2. Please refer the attached screenshot and enter the financial year as per the CB
requirement.
3. After entering the date please click on “Save” Button.

8. Location Master(Revenue Ward Zone mapping)
1. Location master is used to define the Head office details of their Cantonment
Board.
2. Click on Edit button to enter the details.
3. Please refer the screenshot and map the Location.
4. After entering necessary location details go to the Area mapping button select
Revenue Ward and Zone.
5. Map the created field details from the LOV.
After selecting the Head office click on save button.

9. Ward Zone Block Mapping
1. WZB Prefix is used to define the Location, Ward and Block Here we can Set
Hierarchy Levels as per the requirement of the Cantonment board
A. Location Creation & Mapping
i. After selecting the WZB prefix Click on Edit button.
ii. Refer the below screen and add value as per below screen.
iii. Here you need to create the Hierarchy as per your requirement
some CB may have 3 level hierarchy some may have 2 level
depends upon the requirement you have to define your Hierarchy.

B. Ward Creation and Mapping
iv. After creating the Location you need to create Ward level for your
CB.

v. After creating the ward level please click on the ward radio button
and then select the Location and enter the ward details under the
location.
C. Block Creation & Mapping
a. After creating the Location and Ward details you have to define Block if it's
application to your CB.
b. Block level creation depends upon the CB's Hierarchy if Block is applicable in your
CB please follow the below step
c. Click on Block radio button.

10. USA Prefix
This USA prefix is used to define property usage of the Cantt. Board here we can define
Usage category for e.g. Commercial property, Domestic property and Mixed Property.
Select the Usage type by clicking on radio button from the Hierarchy Prefix parent list

d. After click one more level will appear to create the Parents details list
e. Click on add button to create the required usage type

11. Voucher Template Mapping
This form is used to set accounting entries for identified transaction types that usually
occurs in Cantonment Board. Accounting template entries is defined for Permanent or for
a specific year and can be changed for next financial year.
Property bills are generated through their respective modules and are automatically
posted in accounts. But they go as a single entry and the second effect of these entries
have to be defined.
Please Refer the Screen Shots for Voucher Template mapping Entry.
For permanent mapping the below listed templates should be configured:
Receipt Voucher- Receipt
Contra Voucher - Deposit Slip (Bank Remittance)
Journal Voucher - Vendor Bill / Invoice Posting
Payment Voucher - Bill Payments Posting - Vendor Bills
Contra Voucher - Bank transfer
Contra Voucher - Cash Withdrawal
Contra Voucher - Petty Cash Deposit
Contra Voucher - Deposit Slip Reversal
Payment Voucher - Receipt Reversal Entry
Receipt Voucher - Reversal Of Bill payment
Receipt Voucher - Reversal Of Direct payment
Journal voucher - Reversal of vendor bill/Invoice
Journal Voucher - Vendor Bill Invoice posting

The above mentioned template needs to be configured for permanent mapping.Please

12. Configuration management for Property tax Module
1. Login into the Property tax Module using MBA user only MBA user has rights to
assign roles to the Other users.
To login into the Property tax module link is given in the Menu,
Please refer the attached screen shot.
After click on the link system will redirect to the property tax module

After navigation please click on Manage application Link to assign user roles and right as
per the CB role matrix.

1. Assign roles to the user
After click on manage application click on manage users option
Now click on user name to Assign Roles

After click on edit button Select user roles tab under that Click on Add Roles button
assign roles to the selected user

After selecting the roles click on assign button and assigned roles will be look like the
below screen shot
After assigning the roles user will get the access on assigned role.
