About Adacta GroupIT Solutions, Business Consulting and Change Implementation
We in Adacta Group are in the business of developing and implementing business information solutions, business consulting and
business change implementation. Our efforts are geared towards achieving content-related improvements and the maximum

Adacta was established in Ljubljana in 1989, when we were still university students. Excellent knowledge of technologies and
development intelligence provided us with the opportunity to prove our worth by developing the first electronic phonebook for the
Slovenian telecom company (Telekom Slovenije) and a business banking system for Banka Koper. We soon learned the importance of
understanding the essence of customers’ businesses and that even the best software solution is just a necessary tool that does not by
itself guarantee results. In 1998, we shifted our focus towards business information solutions and consulting and began introducing
Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Soon, we became market leaders in that field and have been consolidating this role as time has gone
by. Companies were opened in Zagreb, Croatia and Belgrade, Serbia in 2000 and 2003, respectively. In the past few years, much of
our development efforts were invested into the amplification of our own solutions for the insurance industry, which are currently
among the best on the market.

Today, Adacta Group consists of a Ljubljana-based company with a Maribor branch office, along with companies in Zagreb (Croatia)
and Belgrade (Serbia). The Group employs over 275 experts who have participated in over 350 projects aimed at updating IT systems.
The Group has an annual turnover of €17 million. In addition to supporting our customers in the region, we also do an increasing
amount of business with large international firms from both inside and outside the EU, Russia, Asia and North Africa. In the future, our
