daylight penetration while minimizing heat gain

The twin blocks are designed as orthogonal blocks whose orientation is designed in
such a way to maximize site usage.
The ground floor is designed with vehicular circulation being at the periphery of the
site freeing the center of the development as a lush green and pedestrian-friendly
common space. The arrival experience is also designed as a unique procession
through a covered public space which has highlights of green wall and water wall.
