ADDITIONAL AWARDS
Hey AIESEC!
We know that Awards Night for AIESEC in the Philippines is coming closer than expected, but we don’t want to limit the event to only the best performing entities on a Programme, Project and Overall basis. We also want to acknowledge other behaviors that contributed to the success of the current term, performed by either a Full Member LC or an Expansion Initiative or Extension LC. So read through the Awards Addendum and see what you can apply for, because AIESEC is an fair playing ground for everyone, regardless of experience or status!
Who can apply?• Most awards can be applied by any entity (Full Member LC, Extension LC,
Expansion Initiative)• Nominations can be done by LCEBs or any member.
How to apply?• For nominations by LC (short applications), just submit a one-page long
nomination for the awards. The nominator is free to include all relevant information that will strengthen his/her nominee in the selection process.
• For PAT 2.0 results, no applications are necessary.• For MCVP nomination, it will be discussed by the MCEB.

This award is given to an entity that planned and executed a new initiative or innovated on an existing initiative. The initaitve should be unique to the entity and has generated the intended results.
Most Engaging Initiative
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that planned and executed a project or initiative that was able to engage the most number of young people. The project or initative’s communication plan should be submitted to gauge how engaging it was supposed to be while comparing it to the results of the execution.
More Fun in AIESEC ______
Target: All EntitiesMode: LC Member Nomination (Non-EB)
This award is given to an entity that was able to create a very productive entity culture that employes the AIESEC values in all aspects. Also, the members should have high ratings for this, thus needing a nomination from a non-EB member.
GROWTH AWARDS
Fastest Emerging Entity
Target: Full Member Local CommitteesMode: PAT 2.0 Results
This award is given to the local committee that exhibited the highest total growth inallprogrammes.ItshouldalsoreflectagenerallyfastperceivedgrowthbytheNational Plenary.
Most Promising Entity
Target: Non-Full Member EntitiesMode: MCVP Nomination
This award is given to an entity that was able to impress the Member Committee in its commitment in developing its entity for future programme execution while upholding the AIESEC Way.
Excellence in Growth through Expansion
Target: Full Member EntitiesMode: MCVP Nomination
This award is given to an entity that was able to expand its operations to other entities in order to increase its performance for the term. This requires concrete resultsoftheireffortsinexpandingtoothermarkets.
OPERATIONAL AWARDS
Excellence in Positive Societal Impact
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that was able to document their positive impact to the communities that they were able to engage through their projects.
Excellence in Sustainable Operations
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
Thisaward isgiventoanentitythatwasabletomaintainfinancialsustainabilityor stability to most of its operations, if not all. The simple requirement of providing financialstatementsforallofitsprojects,processesorsystemsandtheentityitselfwillbesufficienttodeterminetheawardee.
Excellence in Alumni Engagement
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that was able to maintain close alumni relationships. The creation of events which engaged the Alumni with the current members will also be considered for the awarding.
OPERATIONAL AWARDS
Excellence in Partner Integration
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that was able to engage and integrate their partners to their entity and its projects and/or activities. CRM initiatives also play a big part in identifying the awardee.
Excellence in OGX EP ServicingExcellence in ICX EP Servicing
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that was able to create the highest quality of EP Servicing for OGX and ICX EPs, respectively. Service and Reception activities and EP testimonials will be the basis for awarding.
Excellence in Member Servicing
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity that was able to service its members as both customers and employees of the organization with high satisfaction. Member involvement initiatives and properly executed TM processes will be the basis of the awarding.
MEMBER AWARDS
Outgoing Exchanger of the YearIncoming Exchanger of the YearMarketer of the YearProject Manager of the YearTalent Manager of the YearCommunications Manager of the YearFinancial and Legal Consultant of the Year
Target: All EntitiesMode: LC Nomination
This award is given to an LC member that was able to exemplify the best qualities of the said position. It should be results driven and must have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, apart from showcasing the person’s skills, talents and attitude towards work.
EB of the Year
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an entity’s EB team for being able to create a harmonious team environment that fosters a productiveandefficientyetfunwayofdoingbusiness.
Member of the Year
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to the most outstanding member of AIESEC in The Philippines who was able to emobdy the AIESEC Values, live the AIESEC Way and was able to deliver impressive results for the entity and was able to contribute highly to AIESEC in The Philippines and AIESEC globally.
PARTNER AWARDS
LC Partner of the Year
Target: All EntitiesMode: Short Application
This award is given to an LC Partner that was able to give the biggest support to the LC,mayitbefinancial,logistical,academicorprofessionalsupport.
AIESEC Philippines Partner of the Year
Target: All EntitiesMode: MC Nomination
This award is given to a National Partner that was to give the biggest support to thenationalteam,mayitbefinancial,logistical,academicorprofessionalsupport.
National Contribution Award
Target: All EntitiesMode: MC Nomination
This award is given to an entity that was able to provide the highest support to the national plenary by any means of contribution, may it be ideas, project support, initiative implementation and the like.
