• Utilize Google Maps and City of Salt Lake City GIS Map Server to familiarize myself with the market
• Pound the Pavement!• Photograph buildings• Assemble/Update Commerce CRG building and tenant
database

• City of Salt Lake City Planning Department• Purpose being to alert Commerce CRG of any proposed
or approved projects that will be introduced to the market
Industry Tracking
• Track relevant industries within the market - Retail Specific
• Current events• Funding trends • Regulations• Overall goal is to better understand the retail space
needs within the SLC area
Client Research
• Utilizing building stacks and databases such as CoStar, research tenants and building owners within the market
• Determine decision makers• Current representation• Knowledge gained will be added into the building and
tenant database• Contact and introduce Commerce CRG.
Pitches & Marketing Materials
• Help create marketing materials and pitches using MS Office Suite
• Facilitate in any capacity the compiling or creating of market research material
Network
• Be pro-active – Similar approach to networking within Park City, Utah market, however this will be on a larger and more professional scale
• Network within the local real estate community– Coffee– Lunch
• Attend real estate events– Current ULI Member
Facilitate Deals
• Assist in any capacity possible– Financial Analysis– Lease Analysis (Pro-Calc)– RFP’s, Proposals– Comparables– Scheduling– Preparing presentations– Showing space
