Except as modified in this Addendum, the ITB will remain in effect as originally written.

Bidders on the above-named project are hereby notified that the Bidding Documents are modified as indicated below. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Document 00300 Bid Form.

This Addendum shall become part of the Contract and provisions of the Contract apply.

SPECIFICATIONS (VOLUME 1 & 2) The following specifications are modified as indicated below.

1. SECTION 00300 – Bid Forms: a. Updated Contingency Allowance No. 2-5 language. b. Replace Bid Schedule Bid Allowance Tables for Contingency Allowance No. 2

through 5 with the following:

DRAWINGS (VOLUME 3) The following drawings are modified as indicated below.

1. DRAWING 990-DC-111: a. Addition of drawing showing demolition of existing WASSTRIP tank odor control

exhaust fan, piping, etc. b. ADD attached drawing.


2. DRAWING 750-DS-106: a. Elevation of existing grout fill in the sump is unknown. Add the following at the end of

Keynote 2: 1) “Contractor to assume approximately 3” of grout throughout sump area. Grout

will have variable height throughout sump area”. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

3. DRAWING 750-DM-116: a. Delete Keynote 1. Existing 12’ square hatch will not be demolished. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

4. DRAWING 750-DH-102: a. Add “similar to detail S229/TYP” to end of keynote 4. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

5. DRAWING 750-DH-131: a. Add “per detail S470/TYP” to end of keynote 2. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

7. DRAWING C101: a. Additional replacement of existing asphaltic concrete shown. b. REPLACE drawing in its entirety with the attached drawing.

8. DRAWING 750-S-113: a. Addition of detail for conveyor support. Add “similar to detail P624/TYP” at the end of

Keynote 17. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

9. DRAWING 750-S-123: a. Keynote 8 reference to “750S204” should be replaced with “750S303”. b. Keynote 11 references to “5/750S404” should be replaced with, “7/750S405”. c. Replace 2,500 SF with 1,200 SF within text of Keynote 17. d. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

10. DRAWING 750-S-125: a. Replace reference on drawing to Keynote 8 to read Keynote 9. b. Keynote 8 should read, “Not Used”. c. MODIFY drawing as indicated.


11. DRAWING 750-S-136: a. Correction of column designation to show columns along gridline 5 as existing. Add

“(E)” to the W8x31 and two W8x48 columns along gridline 5. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

12. DRAWING 750-S-143: a. Replace 2,150 SF with 2,800 SF within text of Keynote 8. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

13. DRAWING 750-S-201: a. Correction of runway beam size. Replace “W16x” note for callout of runway beam in

Section B with “W14x”. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

14. DRAWING 750-H-006: a. Delete ISOLATION DAMPER in Legend. Replace all references in drawing to ID with

a BD. All isolation dampers shall be balancing dampers. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

15. DRAWING 750-H-102: a. Delete Keynote 8. Replace all references in drawing to Keynote 8 with Keynote 5. ID-

1 shall be a Balancing Damper (BD-7). b. Replate Keynote 6 language with, “Balancing Damper (BD-8).”. ID-2 shall be a

Balancing Damper (BD-8). c. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

16. DRAWING 750-H-201: a. Delete Keynote 8. Replace all references in drawing to Keynote 8 with Keynote 7. ID-

1 shall be a Balancing Damper (BD-7). b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

17. DRAWING 750-M-112: a. Keynote 6 reference attached to 6” PV leader should be replaced with a reference to

Keynote 5. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

18. DRAWING 750-M-113: a. 2” PV pipe label should read 2” PW. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.

19. DRAWING 750-M-205: a. Details 1 and 2 drawing reference to 750M116 should be replaced with reference to

drawing 750M203. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.


20. DRAWING 750-I-105: a. Replace 12” LPO on connection between the Neat Polymer Storage tanks to 6” to

match mechanical drawings. b. MODIFY drawing as indicated.
