The Plans and Specification prepared by dRA Architect dated 3/19/2018, shall be clarified and added as follow. The bidder

proposes to perform all the following clarifications or changes. It is understood that the Base Bid shall include any

modification of Work or Additional Work that may be required by reason of the following change or clarifications.

The Bidders are to acknowledge the receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date into their Bid

Forms. Failure to acknowledge may subject the Bidder to disqualification and rejection of the bid. This

Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents as if bound therein and modifies them as follows:

VAV BOX & ACCESS PANEL. PREP ACCESS PANEL FOR PAINT.”

C. A100 Reid 452 - See new general demolition note regarding loose furniture: “Remove and dispose all

loose furniture including chairs, tables, and lectern.” Confirm with owner before removal and dispersal of

furniture.

D. A100 Roberts 319 - See new general demolition note regarding loose furniture: “Remove and dispose all

loose furniture including chairs, tables, and lectern.” Confirm with owner before removal and dispersal of

furniture.

E. A100 Roberts 321 - See new general demolition note regarding loose furniture: “Existing student chairs

to be stored for re-use in classrooms Roberts 319 & Wilson 1-126. Coordinate with owner for storage

location. Remove and dispose any tables and lectern.” Confirm with owner before removal and dispersal
