This addendum is a part of the bid documents. Acknowledge receipt on the Proposal Form.
Pre-Bid Conference
1. Due to Governor Holcomb’s extension of executive order, the Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Zoom. All Individuals registered on the bid site at KovertHawkins.com will receive an invitation the day before. The invitation will NOT be posted on the website.
2. Inspection of the existing conditions has been scheduled as follows: Wednesday, April 29, 2020: 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2020: 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

1. Drawings A-301, A-302, A-303, A-304 and A-305 are issued by this addendum and to be included with all other drawings of the project bid.

General NotesSCOPE OF WORK IS A REMOVAL OF EXISTING ROOF MEMBRANE ONLY,DOWN TO INSTALLATION AND THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW MEMBRANEROOF SYSTEM WITH 30-YEAR NDL WARRANTY
1.
THE ENTIRE BUILDING WAS PREVIOUSLY RE-ROOFED IN 2005 DOWN TODECK.
2.
MOST AREAS HAVE POSITIVE DRAINAGE. HOWEVER A FEW AREAS WILLREQUIRE SOME ADDITIONAL TAPERED INSULATION TO ELIMINATE PONDING.ENTIRE EXISTING INSULATION, AND NEW TAPERED WHERE REQUIRED, TORECEIVE A NEW COVER BOARD PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF NEWMEMBRANE

CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE ALL ROOFING DETAILS WITHMANUFACTURER TO INSURE COMPLIANCE FOR THE 30-YEAR NDLWARRANTY.
