ADDENDUM – INTRODUCING BROKER AGREEMENT

This addendum is signed by and between Topic Markets Limited and

_________________________________________________________________________________(IB),

_____________ (TMFX IB Login), to execute and amend the introducing broker agreement between the

two parties.

Commission schedule

This agreement is hereby amended to include the agreed commission or pips rebate schedule, attached

here to. Also this agreement will terminate (if) any pre-existing commission schedule between the IB and

Topic Markets Limited. Here in after this agreed upon commission schedule reflects IBs compensation

for transferring or Introducing business to Topic Markets Limited (TMFX).

Effective Date

This agreement will come into effect immediately after collective execution by both the parties.

General

It is also agreed by both the parties that incase of any conflict between the terms of this addendum and the

Introducing broker agreement, the terms of this addendum stands supreme and will be followed by both

the parties. All other terms and conditions of the introducing broker agreement will remain the same.

COMMISSION SCHEDULE

TMFX will pay to your IB 0.5 pips or $5 per standard lot for every completed currency pair, commodity

& precious metal transactions as a rebate. This commission is not paid by the client; it is paid by TMFX

to your IB for introducing business to TMFX.
