RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTSOnce you have decided to book on the Cruisin’ Country2016 Cruise, simply ask your Cruiseco agent to book itwith us. On confirmation of your booking, a wri�enconfirmation will be sent to your agent. Upon confirmation it will be necessary for you to pay adeposit of 25% of the fare to secure your booking. Afurther payment of 25% must be paid before 1st Oct2015. Bookings made after 1st Oct 2015 requires asingle 50% deposit. Monthly instalments may be ableto be arranged with your travel agent (conditions mayapply).This deposit secures your cruise berth. Final paymentis due 1st August 2016 or before. Any special meal requirements will be made on a“request” basis only. BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSIt is strongly recommended that all guests take outTravel Insurance for this holiday.  Please speak toYour Cruiseco Travel Agent, at the time of booking,about Travel Insurance. In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancelyour holiday, we must be notified in writing. The daythat we receive this notice in writing, will beconsidered the date your cancellation has been made.Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday ifcancelled after a deposit or final payment has beenmade. These cancellation fees will be levied by theshipping company and will be greater the closer toyour travel date that you cancel.
