As with many other Lake Orion residents andbusiness owners, the Orion Art Center was hithard in the “Storm of 2014”!

Our insurance company sent out a claimsadjuster shortly after the onslaught. We weresadly surprised when the claim came back infor a total of $7400.00! This “completeassessment” included such things as; 9individual shingles, a very small percentage ofsiding, on one side ONLY!

Things just did not seem accurate so wedecided not to move forward with any repairsuntil after we contacted LAKE ORION ROOFING.I personally met Mark Southern and BenSprague of Lake Orion Roofing after theyrepaired damage to my grandmother’s homecaused by this very same storm. They werefantastic to work with and I knew I needed theirhelp!

They reopened a case with our insurancecompany. Brought out another new adjusterand together with them, did a COMPLETEassessment of the real damage! Bottom line iswhat started out as a claim of $7400.00 fromthe original adjuster.....was now in excess of$41,000.00!

Thanks to Lake Orion Roofing and MarkSouthern the Orion Art Center will now have aproper and complete makeover. I stronglyrecommend that anyone who’s home orbuilding of any kind that got damage by thestorm of 2014 or any other....do yourself amajor favor and contact Mark at Lake OrionRoofing before anyone else. It never occurred to me to even file an insuranceclaim until I overheard several co-workersdiscussing similar situations with their homes. Idecided to call a contractor, based on hearinghow good they were on a radio show.

This contractor came out, took a look and myroof and aluminum siding and informed methat they could provide a quote on a new roof,but not the aluminum siding, because they feltit was only slightly damaged.

I checked with my co-workers that live in thearea to ask which contractor they were using –Lake Orion Roofing! ‘Why do you like them?’“Because they are outstanding!”
