Minutes approved by the team.
Benin update Discontent due to the change of plans from EDC to
paper qestionnaires. Ciprianwould like to have his role more
defined. He feels like a glorified data collector.Will be calling
on Wed at 1600hrs to adress issues arrising
JA: To call Benin first then bringin ML and Vamsi into
theconversation.
Cambodia update Kevin out on leave. KDcontinues to work on
cleaning.Uganda Update Julius out for the day. VVto mee JN fo
update.
DRC update Review of previous syntax following data cleaning
guidelines review. JA to continue data cleaning.
Madagascar update Kevin out on leave. KDto work on Mada
followingCambodia.
Nigeria update Review of syntax after meeting with ML last week.
To start working on theaudit sheets this week.
RS to start cleaning medicines.
Zambia update SOPs sent to Lason . KDto await feedback
fromLason.
Data cleaning issues ML to send summary for data cleaning by COB
after extensive discussions onthe cleaning guidelines last
week.
ML to share notes on cleaning.
Project planning update VV putting together ACTwatch retreat
report with action points.
Dissemination strategy meeting on March 17th.
RA to start meetings next week on Monday 10 th in the
morning.
VVto circulate agenda fordissemination meeting. RAs to have a
fisrt meeting nextweek on Monday.
