Pug is happy at home with his bowl, his yard, and his bed.But then Pig arrives . . .
Sue Lowell Gallion and Joyce Wan’s charming tale about making room for a new friend will delight young readers.
★“Pug is not happy,” writes first-time picture book author Gallion in her sublimely economic, emotionally resonant text, which is also simple enough to engage budding readers. . . . Proffered with the lightest of touches, it’s a story that readers can easily take to heart.”
—Publishers Weekly, starred review
“This cozy story is likely to hit the spot with many preschoolers and is a great choice for beginning readers.”—School Library Journal

INSTRUCTIONSCut out the pencil toppers on the solid lines, including the lines under each image and
the openings at the top. Fold at the dotted lines to make two sides for each topper. Put the eraser of your colored or number 2 pencil through the opening at the top,
and wrap the bottom tabs around your pencil. Tape to secure.
Try these on crayons, too!
