These are:- Leadership: Setting goals, budgets & measuring strategic performance.- Development: Making the website, incl design, content, code, testing, etc.- Maintenance: Operating the website day-to-day, e.g. publishing, QA, feedback monitoring, etc.- Infrastructure: Ensuring an appropriate hosting environment.
