Reserve a fire pit at the front desk. Firewood $8.00 per

bag. Pits are located adjacent to the pond.

• Movies •

After a day of ourdoor adventure, sit back and relax in

the comfort of your room and enjoy one of our

movies. Rentals are complimentary and can be signed

out at the front desk.

• Board Games •

If movies aren’t for you, how about a game of Crib,

Yahtzee, or another game? We have a selection of

board games to choose from at front desk. Rentals are

complimentary.

• Family Water Park •

Head past the front desk to our family water park for

some fun! With fountains, kiddie-pool, and a 3-storey

water slide, it’s fun for the whole family.

Winter ActivitiesLakeview Hecla Resort is open all year round! During

the winter months, we have many fun winter

activities available. Just make sure you dress for the

weather.

• Snowshoeing •

Get fitted at our front desk and head out on the trails!

Hecla has many different routes just waiting to be

explored. Snowshoe rentals $7.50 per hour.

• Cross-Country Skiiing •

Parks Canada grooms the ski trails every Thursday,

and are just waiting to be explored. Ski rentals are

available at front desk and cost $7.50 per hour.

• Tobogganing •

Bring your own sled, or rent saucers or crazy carpets

for just $5.00 per hour. Our toboggan hill has a

warming hut to warm up between runs.

• Skating •

In the winter, our pond becomes our very own skating

rink! Be sure to bring your own skates, as rentals are

not available.

• Ice Fishing •

Manitoba Parks supplies fishing huts when the Ice is

thick enough. Take a relaxing drive to Hecla Village or

Gull Harbour Marina to find them. Be sure to bring

your own bait, fishing rods, and an auger to break

through the ice!

Adults-Only Pool AreaIn addition to our spa services from Salka Spa, four

mineral pools and aroma-infused steam room offer a

range of health benefits. Access to this area is

restricted to adults age 18+.
