Each Active Workplace scheme is bespoke, looking at your workforce and business aims and objectives.

The ASA provides resources and helps you create networks.

• Increased awareness among staff and key teams•Completing research to find out if your workforce• Training for leads and workplace ‘Champions’• Including Swimming and Aquatics at your roadshows and

events• Submitting teams to local or national challenges• Encouraging your staff to achieve their personal aquatic goals• Facilitating links to local pools and aquatic opportunities

Research...

• Pre-intervention questionnaire will sent to your staff• This is focussed on finding out what their aquatic preferences

are.• Once we have collated the results we will approach an

appropriate leisure provider and work out what they can offer your staff.

• Advertise the offer to your staff.• Monitor the participation.
