ACT2improve suiteDeveloped by the ACT Academy team in NHS Improvement, the ACT2improvesuite includes digital versions of a range of improvement tools including thesustainability model, process templates and stakeholder analysis.

The tools were designed to step you through using key improvement tools, inputting your own data and providing analysis on the outputs. Suitable for use byall, the tools are particularly helpful for those familiar with the included tools whomay be looking for a quicker, digital way to process their data.

The suite includes interactive versions of:

The suite can be used across teams, with colleagues from different organisationscontributing to the same project.

Who can access the tools?• Anyone from within the NHS can access the tools by registering via the NHS Improvement website.• Colleagues from organisations within the health and care system can also access the tools using their work email address.

Who can see the results?• Only members of your project group can see the content and results of your project.• The NHS Improvement superadmins will be able to view your projects, but will only do so to resolve any technical issues flagged to us by a project user or administrator.
