Before your test begins, please complete the following:

TEST NO.: Print ACT

Leave DATE space empty.

PERIOD: Write the name of your Social Studies teacher here.

Print your Student ID without the ‘S.’ Start on left.

Bubble-in your Student ID.

Do not start your test until told to do so by your teacher.
