StackFast LightweightChimney System


After comprehensive market research and almost twoyears in development, the StackFast GRP Chimney Rangeoffers many innovative design features.

These unique lightweight chimney systems are offered aspart of a comprehensive GRP size range or as a bespokedesign to suit the customers needs.

All StackFast chimney systems are finished in genuinebrick slips to ensure that the product weathers at the samerate as the main brick structure.

To complete an authentic look , optional code 4 leadflashing can be applied prior to delivery by our professionallead craftsmen. The option to vent Class II gasappliances through the stack can be incorporated.

The finished chimney stack is simply lifted into positionwith a forklift or light crane and secured in place using theStackFast Fixing System. All chimneys are supplied withcomprehensive fitting instructions and full installation kit.

All StackFast Chimneys are available to fit the following roof positions.

Mono Ridge Mid Ridge

CoreThe core of the lightweight GRP chimney is constructed from class 3 OrthophtalicPolyester (GRP) which cures to form a strong, rigid & lightweight core.The chimneys can be manufactured to fit any roof pitch.

Cope & PotStackfast GRP chimneys can be finished with any cope pot design and are availablein sandstone, terracotta or traditional brick. To keep the weight of the stack to a minimum,the is constructed from the same GRP material as the core. Any pot can bereplicated but standard rolled-top designs are available as an economic solution.

FinishTo ensure that the StackFast chimney stack will weather at the same rate as the mainfacades, all of our chimneys are finished with the customers choice of brick, slipped andbonded to the core. Any corbel detail can be incorporated in the design at no extra cost.The chimney only requires pointing on site to match the on-site mortar. StackFast chimneysare also available in stoneorprepared for render.

FixingStackFast Chimneys are extremely easy to fit using a light crane or fork lift, they are fittedwith lifting hooks which are supplied free of charge and removed after fit.A full installation guide is supplied with each chimney.

Douglas. 552mm x 552mm (Height - any up to 1250mm)

The Douglas is a simple, single pot chimney stack with clean lines and available with an infinitechoice of corbel detail. This chimney is the entry level chimney ideally suited to contemporaryor new buildings. As with all our chimneys, it is available in any brick, stone or render finish. The photograph shows a red stock brick with a Portland stone effect capping.

Churchill. 777mm x 552mm (Height - any up to 1250mm)

The Churchill is a small, broad-sided chimney with a single 300mm pot. It is a popular size for mid and end-ridge applications, often used with the broad-side perpendicular to the ridge. As with all our chimneys, it is available in any brick, stone or render finish. The photographshows a light-red stock brick with a Portland stone effect capping.

Harris. 1227mm x 777mm (Height - any up to 1250mm)

The Harris is our flagship chimney. It is a twin 450mm pot stack with large proportional features. Our standard size range is designed around dimensions that work when used togetherwith other chimneys. They can be fitted either on their own or paired with others from the range.The Townsend and Harris work extremely well together when large feature chimneys are required. They can be further enhanced with extensive corbelling and contrasting feature brickcourses. As with all our chimneys, it is available in any brick, stone or render finish. Townsend. 777mm x 777mm (Height - any up to 1250mm)

The Townsend is a large square chimney ideally suited to applications with details such as corbels and feature brick courses. With its single 450mm pot, the chimney stack stands tall and has a great deal of presence when installed on the roof. As with all our chimneys, it is available in any brick, stone or render finish. The photograph shows a red stock brick with yellow brick feature course and a stone effect capping.

Caine. 1002mm x 552mm (Height - any up to 1250mm)

The twin 300mm pot Caine is a stylish chimney designed to work in combination with the Douglas or is equally at home on its own. The Caine is illustrated in a light-buff brick with dogtooth detail and blue engineering brick corbel detail with feature course. This chimney isvery popular in instances where detail needs to be replicated. ACS can replicate any corbel detail from your plans.
