Conclusions
After this action research project, I concluded that health education lessons are a natural fit for creative writing ideas. When I design creative writing lesson plans, health education topics offer instant student appeal while offering me the opportunity to reflect on how much students have absorbed and learned. From examining health issues to studying the wonders of our everyday well being, health education lessons hold tremendous possibilities for engaging students in creative writing ideas and projects, and enable the educator to assess the students’ acquired knowledge from the overall class lessons. And what better way to execute this than by allowing students creativity, imagination, and self-expression in communicating relevant information regarding health issues to the wider community?!
