Industrial GulliesClassic LineSystem overview

• Industrial gullies are pickle passivated toensure corrosion free joints.

• Reinforced top edges for extra strength anddurability.

• Deep rounded bodies to deter silt and debris collecting in the corners.

• Bowl shape makes cleaning easy.• Stand-alone and two parted industrial gul-

lies are pressed to achieve a smooth transi-tion from the square seating shape for thegrating to the round body and to preventsediment build up in the flange area.

• Supplied complete with a removable grat-ing or cover.

• An optional sieve or silt basket is available.

• The foul air trap seal depth of min. 60 mmexceeds the requirements of Euronorm EN 1253.

• Industrial gullies with vinyl clamp are de-signed to guarentee watertightness conec-tion between floor and industrial gully.

Industrial Gullies EGCharacteristics

Industrial gullies are designed to be used incommercial applications. The Industrial gulliesare produced in a number of versions featuringdifferent flow rates, grating sizes and body andspigot outlet diameters to suit various applica-

tions. One-piece (fix height) ones are simplefree-standing units suitable for concrete, resinor tiled floors. The two-part gullies (telescopic)can be installed as free-standing units or aschannel outlets in a variety of floor types. The

Industrial gullies are manufactured from 2 and3 mm thick austenitic stainless steel grades304 or 316 to EN 10088.

Characteristics

Industrial gullies are designed to be used incommercial applications. The Industrial gulliesare produced in a number of versions featuringdifferent flow rates, grating sizes and body andspigot outlet diameters to suit various applicati-

ons. One-piece ones are simple free-standingunits suitable for concrete, resin or tiled floors. The two-part gullies can be installed as free-standing units or as channel outletsin a variety of floor types. The Industrial gullies

Industrial Eurogully

Locate the gully in the correct position in thefloor and connect to the drainage pipeworksystem. The levelling feet fitted to the gullyshould be used to adjust the height of theunit. An M8 stud/nut arrangement is providedto enable electrical earth connections to bemade if the installation requires this facility.Backfill around the gully and dress floor finishup to the gully edge. Remove any protectivetape/film from the unit.A mastic sealant of bead width 5-8mm is rec-ommended around the outside of the gully topedge and floor finish where a good watertightseal is required between the two materials.Ensure the sealant is applied in accordancewith the manufacturer's instructions.

Industrial Eurogully

Fix the gully body to the floor slab or struc-ture using the fixing holes provided in theflange plate and connect the pipework tothe gully.If used in conjunction with a membrane,bond or clamp the subsurface membraneto the flange plate of the gully body andcut out the membrane within the inner di-ameter of the flange plate. To prevent de-bris from falling into the gully, only removethe temporary gully body covers whenready to fit either the gully top or channelsystem.Position the gully top over the gully bodyand fit either the sealing ring when nomembrane is present or the drainage ringwhen a membrane is used. Adjust the gul-ly top for height and orientation using thelevelling feet provided. An M8 stud/nut ar-rangement is provided on the gully bodyand top to enable electrical earth connec-tions to be made if the installation re-quires this facility.Backfill around the gully top and dressfloor finish to edge. Remove any protectivetape and install sieve/silt basket as re-quired.A mastic sealant of bead width 5–8mm isrecommended around the outside of thegully top edge and floor finish where agood watertight seal is required betweentwo materials.
