Not much word in dictionary will express my grateful thanks and indebt

ness towards my guide Dr. Mangesh R. Bhalekar, Professor AISSMS

College of Pharmacy, Kennedy road, Pune, for his inspiring guidance,

dedicated efforts, keen interest and constant encouragement during the

entire course of my research. He is the person who cultivated in me the

art of scientific writing, research procedures and communication. He

always stood beside me as a philosopher and infused in me the attitude

“to never surrender” will remain throughout my life. It is my privilege to

work with him, for having shared his vast experience, knowledge so

generously.
