11.11.1.2, page 196, revised as: 

…For two-way action, the slab or footing shall be designed in accordance with 11.11.2 through 11.11.6 11.11.7.

D.3.3.4.3(d), page 426, revised as: “(d) The anchor or group of anchors shall be designed for the maximum tension obtained from design load combinations that include E, with E increased by o. The anchor design tensile strength shall satisfy the tensile strength requirements of D.4.1.1D.3.3.4.4.”
