Achievements: Best results settlement of all Tax files since 1993 to 2008 for both Degrémont Egypt Branch and Nile Degrémont (SAE, subsidiary of Degrémont). Leading the company team to win the local arbitration against the client (that was held in front of the Egyptian high court), which resulted in gaining back EGP 4.5M. Settlement of the court case against the contractual social security by negotiations, that saved EGP 1M out of 1.14M. Assisting in the preparation of the financial offer for the renewal of “Project Operation and Maintenance” contract (2007-2010). Establishment of the medical/life/pension security for all employees. Implementation of new payroll system and changing the payment method of salaries from cash to Bank transfers. Training 5 fresh graduate accountants who became projects senior accountants later on. Training and helping 5 administrators who became; HR Manager, HR Assistant Manager, Personal Manager, Project IT manager, and Administration Assistant Manager. Successfully maintaining all accounting reporting to Head Office deadlines. Assisting the Head Office in the preparation of new projects tender offers concerning the different types of Taxes, Contractual social security, and legal concerns. Assisting all “foreign expatriates” worked with the company to have “expatriate” work permits and resident visa.
