Exhibitors can transport the local cargo by railway or air or trucking to KN

Shanghai warehouse. KN Shanghai will collect all local cargo and deliver them to NECC on 1

st set-up

day. Please contact KN Shanghai in advance for quotation and documentation if it is necessary to pick up cargo from exhibitors’ factory.

B. Exhibitors can transport the local cargo to NECC self directly, in which way each exhibitor need to apply for truck entry license self. KN Shanghai will arrange onsite offloading from truck onto booth after exhibitor’s truck arrival at loading bay in NECC. Onsite offloading / re-loading fee will be paid by cash. (Pls find NECC North parking bay entry pass & route map, applying truck entry card, and trucks entry time schedule during Moving-out day on page 6~8.)

� Time Schedule and Relevant deadlines： Exhibitors need to meet arrival deadline for local cargo to KN Shanghai warehouse in order to catch the set-up time.

All pieces must be packed securely in strong water-proof wooden case in order to avoid any damage and rain during transportation. It is most advisable that small cartons to be packed into pallets. All heavy pieces must be marked lifting point clearly, and with fragile & moisture-proof labels clearly on outer cases.

� Insurance： Each exhibitor should make sure that all shipments are covered by a fully comprehensive insurance policy. It is strongly recommended that exhibition cargo be insured both for transit to Shanghai, for the duration of the show and possibly for return transportation.

� 展品运输途径： A. 展商可将展品通过铁路、空运或陆路卡车自行安排运往上海我司仓库。我司仓

库收货后会统一将国内展品于布展当天送往国家会展中心。如需我司安排上门提货，请事先与我们联系，以便确定有关费用以及托运单证的

缮制。 B. 展商可将展品自行运送至国家会展中心，需要展商自行办理货车入场证。货车

开进国家会展中心的北广场、办理货车入场证、货车开往展馆卸货区，我司负责现场卸货并派送展位。卸货费用现场支付现金。（北广场入场证、入场路线图、办理货车入场证，以及撤场期间展商车辆到场时间的说明，请见第 6~8 页）

� 截至日期：

请展商特别注意文件和展品抵达上海的截至日期。因文件延误交付和展品晚到所引起之后果，本公司不能承担责任。 A. 展商发货至我司仓库的截止期：2019 年 5 月 14 日。 B. 展商直接发货至展馆现场的货物可在展会布展期内进馆。
