Congratulations to the Dowagiac and Hartford employees who received the ACES High

Award and were honored at a luncheon on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Copper Rock

Steakhouse. Each of the honorees achieved 100% on his or her secret shop score, or was

nominated by department management. Each recipient received a certificate and an

award of $1,000 from Frank Freedman, General Manager-Hartford & Dowagiac, Assistant

Anthem Security Breach - Update

Thank you for your patience while we worked with our representatives at BCBS Michigan. BCBS

has created two options to access information to determine if your personal data was exposed.

Visit www.anthemfacts.com or Call 1-877-263-7995. In addition, a representative from BCBS will

be available to assist with questions and concerns, please see below for dates and times. The

representative will be located near the EDR.

Back of House Restroom Renovations

First Floor Back of House

Women’s and Men’s BOH restrooms on the first floor are scheduled to close on Monday,

March 16 at 11:00PM and re-open Tuesday, March 17 at 8:00AM.

The Dressing Room area will be available during this process, except for a brief closure from

11:00PM to 11:30PM.

Restroom facilities will be available on the 2nd floor and also the Human Resources building.

Second Floor Back of House

Women’s and Men’s BOH restrooms on the second floor are scheduled to close on Tuesday,

March 17 at 7:00PM and re-open by Wednesday, March 18 at 3:00AM.

Restroom facilities will be available on the 1st floor and also the Human Resources building.
