    SPEAKERS

    Ir. Prem Kumar is the ACEM representative in the BEMEngineers Act Committee and serves in other government

    agencies which include NAPSEC, SIRIM and CIDB. He isthe Executive Director of SMHB Sdn Bhd with more than

    20 years of experience in the engineering consultancy

    industry.

    Ir. Mustaza Salim is the Membership Committee Chairmanof ACEM and Technical Director of RPM Engineers SdnBhd. He is the CEO of Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd with

    extensive knowledge and experience in construction and

    project development in Malaysia, India and BosniaHerzegovina.
