W. P. Andrew Lee, MD is the Milton T. Edgerton, MD, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. A hand surgeon and translational researcher, he conducts investigation on tolerance strategy for vascularized composite allografts (VCA), such as hand or face transplants, to ameliorate the need for long-term systemic immunosuppression.

Dr. Callahan earned his doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1991, and his MBA at the University of Illinois-Springfield in 2004. A Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives, he is board certified in Rehabilitation Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. In 2014, he became founding Co-Executive Director of the Midwest Healthcare Quality Alliance, LLC. Discounted meeting registration fees are effective through Friday, November 13, 2015. After this date, registration fees will increase by $125. All registration fees are based on current membership status.

DiscountsAAHS, ASPN, and ASRM are offering reduced registration rates on all combination meeting registration. You must register for at least two meetings to take advantage of the reduced rates. Discounted military rates are also available on a case basis.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be received in writing via email, prior to November 13, 2015 and are subject to approval by the AAHS/ASPN/ASRM. If approved, refunds will be issued less a $75 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after November 13, 2015 will not receive a refund; no exceptions.
