As we draw closer to a successful integration between Bull’s Eye and Connexus, we want to provide you with new, vital information to help make your transition as smooth as possible. Within this mailing, you will find your new Connexus Member Number, our ABA/Routing Number, and your new Share Draft Checking (SDC) Number. Please reference the back of this letter for additional information, like check ordering instructions. Beginning December 3, the enclosed information will allow you to:

• Validate your identity when engaging with the Member Contact Center

• Register for Digital Banking

• Order Connexus checks (see back for more information)

• Update automatic deposits or payments (ACH) Note: If you make automatic deposits or payments to or from your Savings Account, use the Member Number provided rather than the Checking SDC Number. If you have multiple Saving Accounts, please call us to determine which number to use.

This packet also includes our Privacy Policy, Account Information Booklet, and Fee Schedule for your reference. In our continuous efforts to help our members achieve their personal financial objectives, we recently completed a significant revision of our Fee Schedule which resulted in the removal or reduction of more than 20 fees. Ordering Checks

To make the transition to Connexus as smooth as possible, we are offering a discount off your first Connexus check order. There are three options for ordering new Connexus checks:

1. Access the “Draft Services” feature in Connexus Digital Banking (after 12/3) • FREE box of 100 Emerald duplicate checks if ordered from within Digital Banking

by 2/28/19 – use promo code WELCOME (tax and delivery charges may apply)

2. Visit a Bull’s Eye branch (after 11/15) • $5 off your order if placed by 2/28/19

3. Call Connexus at 800.845.5025 (after 11/15)

• $5 off your order if placed by 2/28/19

Once you receive your new Connexus checks, you should start using them as early as 12/1 and then destroy any unused Bull’s Eye checks. Additional Information

• Business Checking Accounts: o Both Large and Small Business Checking Accounts will be converted to standard Business Checking

Accounts on Dec. 1, 2018, with these features: § 0.10% APY on balances over $500 § $3 monthly fee if daily balance is under $500 § No check deposit fee § Cleared checks – 50 free per month and $0.10 each thereafter § Coin/Currency Orders - $0.10 per roll/strap (charged at time of order)

• Safe Deposit Boxes:

o If you currently rent a safe deposit box with Bull’s Eye Credit Union, you will be able to continue with your current box, annual fee, and key until it is time to cancel or renew your rental box. After Dec. 1, 2018, once your box is due for renewal the fees below will apply and will be assessed annually on the 5th day of the renewal month.

• Share Certificates:

o All Bull’s Eye Share Certificates will be paid dividends on Nov. 30. After Dec. 1, future dividend payments will be paid by Connexus quarterly at the end of March, June, September, and December. Your current Certificate yield, principal, and term will be maintained until the maturity date. You will be notified of your maturity date and renewal term/yield prior to your Certificate maturing. Unless you provide notification otherwise, it will be automatically renewed into a Connexus Share Certificate at the same principal level.

o If you currently have a Bull’s Eye Add-On Share Certificate which allows deposits during its term, your account will maintain the same features until maturity. Once the Certificate reaches maturity, it will automatically renew into one of our term Certificates or you can choose another term. After renewal, deposits will not be allowed.

• IRA Accounts: o After Dec. 1, all Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) will be posted by Connexus on the 15th of each

month, or on the Friday prior if the 15th falls on a weekend. o If you currently have a Bull’s Eye Passbook IRA Account, the account will become a Connexus IRA

Supreme Account and maintain your current yield until the mandatory distribution age of 70 ½. At age 70 ½ the account will earn the posted IRA Supreme Account yield.
