ADVANCED SAFETY The Accord V6 NT employs some of the most advanced safety technologies available today. Introducing Honda Sensing, an interconnected suite of intelligent driver assist technologies designed to help improve your situational awareness, and, in some cases, intervene to help avoid a collision or lessen its severity.

Forward Collision Warning

The Honda Forward Collision Warning System uses a small camera, mounted at the top of the windshield, to determine if you are at risk of a collision with another vehicle. The system issues audio and visual signals, and will automatically apply brake pressure should you fail to react.

Road Departure Mitigation

The Road Departure system works in conjunction with the Lane Departure Warning sensors to gently correct your course, via steering and braking adjustments, in the event of the vehicle leaving a detected lane.

Collision Mitigation Braking System

The Accord V6 NT incorporates a millimetre wave radar sensor, that helps mitigate the severity of an unavoidable accident by automatically applying strong brake pressure when needed.

Lane Departure Warning

The windshield mounted camera identifies common safety markers, like lane dividers and catseye markers, and will issue an audio alert if you are about to leave your lane without signalling.

Lane Keep Assist Honda’s Lane Keep Assist System reduces the strain of extended driving by helping you maintain your lane position. If the vehicle begins to leave the centre of a detected lane without signaling, the steering automatically adjusts to keep you centred.

Adaptive Cruise ControlThe Accord’s onboard radar & camera sensors enable the Adaptive Cruise Control to maintain a set following interval by automatically adjusting your cruise control speed.

The Accord V6 NT offers the latest in smartphone connectivity, allowing you to seamlessly integrate either Apple or Android devices with the Advanced Display Audio Unit. Multi Angle Reversing Camera

Shift into reverse and the multi angle camera automatically displays one of three rear views on the Advanced Display Audio Unit. The Accord combines information received from parking sensors and steering, to perfectly project and display your path as dynamic guidelines overlaid on the reversing camera feed.

LaneWatch Camera

Honda's LaneWatch Camera is the next step in blind spot detection. When indicating left, or at the push of a button, a camera mounted under the passenger wing mirror shows a sweeping 80˚ view – making lane changes safer than ever.
