WELCOMING NOTE FROM THE CEO

It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you to Access Capital’s Investment Forum 2012, at the Raffles Dubai on January 16-17, 2012.

With political turmoil in North Africa, market crises in Europe and stagnation predicted in Asia, Africa presents a relatively bright investment opportunity. Indeed in recent years, we have heard much about Africa’s untapped investment potential. Profitability of foreign investment has been consistently higher than in most other regions of the world and rate of return in Africa has averaged 30%. Over the last few years, Ethiopia has undergone economic transformation and South Sudan is at the dawn of a new promising future. Together with Djibouti, these frontier markets are surely entering a new economic era making it an appropriate time to assess the opportunities in East African Frontier markets.

Today, we are here to share our experiences with you as the premier investment management and advisory service firm in region. Our team has over twenty five years experience in Wall Street and over sixteen years local investment experience. We hope to provide you with unique insights into these markets as we assess current trends, identify high-growth industries. Perhaps you might join us in some of the investment opportunities.

I look forward in meeting you at this inaugural event at the luxurious Raffles Dubai Hotel on January 16-17, 2012.

Sincerely,

Ermyas T. AmelgaCEO, Access Capital
