5.4.5.1.3 Group 3: Manufactured Products.These materials are manufactured products listed in QPL, and are

identified in individual material specifications. These materials are accepted based on manufacturer’s certification. The Contractor will submit individual certifications as the materials arrive on the project site. The Project Personnel will acknowledge receipt of all Certifications and compliance of the materials with the Specifications in the “Project Manager/ Resident Engineer’s Materials Statement” to the materials office.

5.4.5.1.4 Group 4: Incidental materials.These materials are manufactured products not listed on the QPL.

In addition, any product/ material requiring only installation on the project site can be considered Incidental Materials. Such materials are identified in individual material specifications. These materials are accepted based on Manufacturer/ Producer’s certification. In addition to Manufacturer/ Producer’s certification, the Contractor will provide certification warranting the In-place products. The Contractor will provide one certificate covering all the materials used within the project limits detailing scope of work. The Project Manager/ Resident Engineer will certify that all Certifications were received and the materials were found in compliance with the Specifications. The Project Manager/ Resident Engineer will acknowledge receipt of all Certifications and compliance of the materials with the Specifications in the “Project Manager/ Resident Engineer’s Materials Statement” to the materials Office.
