Customer Successes Major Broadcasting Company—HR and Finance Cloud-Based Transformation This client’s finance and HR systems hadn’t kept pace with its aggressive, innovative growth; customizations had become costly and complex to manage; and accurate financial data was difficult to gather. Company executives grappled with a complete overhaul versus a more conservative, phased approach. Ultimately, the company decided that waiting was more risky than an aggressive path. KPMG followed its KPMG Powered Enterprise process to design and deliver an Oracle Cloud solution that standardized and automated manual, paper processes, made financial data readily available to business leaders, improved security and controls, and positioned the company to handle acquisitions, divestitures, and rapid growth.
